Jon and Kate Gosselin, stars of the TLC show Jon and Kate Plus 8, have stated there will be a major announcement this Monday, June 22.

Jon and Kate have been the center of much publicity lately, most of it negative. Rumors are flying about the fidelity of the marriage and affairs of both Jon and Kate.

With all the controversy, can the marriage be saved? Can the show? While saving the marriage is something only the Gosselins can answer, I seriously doubt the show can be saved.

Last week I wrote an article about whether the show would be around much longer. With this coming announcement, might very well prove I was correct.

Monday, there will be an hour long episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8. Kate has stated there have been some “life-changing decisions” that will “bring each of us some peace.” Hmm… to me that means one of two things:
1) They are stopping the show and going to work on their marriage. To me, that would be the best option for the family, if it can be saved.
OR
2) They are getting divorced… which would basically terminate the show anyway.

So, as I said last week, it’s time to get your Jon and Kate memorabilia before it’s too late.

A quick showcase of some licensed products you can grab while they are hot. Who knows, you could probably sell them for profit down the road.
