I have a confession. My cabinets are scary. I close my eyes whenever I open any of them. Especially the pots and pans cabinets. Seriously, I could get injured.

Eventually, I’d like to have an over-the-head pot and pan rack. However, at the moment, my stove and vent are smack dab in the middle of the kitchen. So, no pot and pan rack for me.

Or so I thought until I found these babies.

I have an area I *think* will work with these. Now I just have to sweet talk the hubby into buying one. Or making one. He’s handy like that.

In the meantime, I’m focusing on the other cabinets and some storage options. And a recycle center that won’t take up too much room in my teeny, tiny house.

One thing I’m thinking of using is a peg board system with dowel rods to help organize the rest of the pots, pans and lids. It will also work with plates and bowls. Great idea and fairly inexpensive.

That way I have more money for the pot racks.
