My hubby is going to turn 33 this October. However, I often say that I’m the only adult in the house. Well, me and the cat.

My darling husband is still a kid at heart. He plays the Wii more than our kids. He teases and torments our children as if he were an older brother rather than a father.

And during the holidays (or his birthday) I can never figure out what to get him. Hats that proclaim he’s the best dad are not for him. Though he looks amazing dressed up, I only see him in a tie for uber-formal occasions.

So, what do I get him for Christmas or his birthday? I found the perfect place for gift ideas for those kids who just refuse to grow up.

First we have some Looney Tunes t-shirts. Who didn’t love Looney Tunes growing up? And those big kids still adore Looney Tunes. There are all the Looney Tune favorites: Marvin the Martian, Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote, Taz, Foghorn Leghorn and more! Great tees and other gift ideas (mugs, mousepads, and more) for those big kids who are so difficult to buy presents for.

Next we have t-shirts and gifts from General Mills. Before you say anything, think about this: Wouldn’t your big kid adore a Trix Rabbit t-shirt? Or perhaps a Count Chocula mug? You know they would.

The place I’m going shopping in a few weeks is the Scooby Doo store. Hubby is a HUGE Scooby Doo fan and I know there are some Scooby and Shaggy tees he’s love.

Finally, I found the Star Wars shop for all you Star Wars fans. While my husband is not a Star Wars junkie, I have a dear friend (who is also a kid who refuses to grow up) who is a Star Wars junkie. Last Christmas I bought him Star Wars Pez  Dispensers and a Star Wars hot cocoa mug set. How am I gonna top that? With these awesome Star Wars gifts, that’s how!

Now, go get some fun retro t-shirts and gifts for that big kid you love. And I won’t tell if you grab one or two for you either.
